The team I work with have new openings of software engineer. The hires would
work on processor modeling and tool development. The core requirements are
strong C++ skills and knowledge of computer architecture. One can be fresh
graduate.
The location is in Austin, TX. The company is a large chip maker.

forwarded the resumes that seem fit to the hiring manager.
I noticed quite some of the resumes show good SW skills, but barely show HW
knowledge or experience, especially those related to computer architecture.
