H1B Visa’s are not transferable either to The XXX company or out of The
XXX company.
之前也看到有人说 某公司的H1B 不能 transfer。好像是 epic。

发帖数: 8211 | 2 there is no such thing as "transferring H1B visa". You are always applying
for a NEW visa. "Transfer" or "Renew" only pertain to the numerical quota.
So what company said is technically absolutely correct. On the other hand
they have no control regarding "transferring out of the company", because
they can not influence uscis on determining whether you are subject to
numerical quota when applying for the new visa.
