back.
Yes, headhunter definitely will say some nice words for his candidates. The
only thing is..he might have 2-3 candidates onsite together.. He will get 30
% commission no matter who gets the offer. |

offer时，会不会更倾向先考虑那两个人啊？因为可以省了付猎头commission?

holders or citizens. However, some companies or groups have strong
connection with headhunters, they might consider people only those guys
recommend.
However, i do not know whether this rule applies for other fields or not..
Be confident!

什么similar reason prefer 绿卡公民啊？
sorry,有点凌乱。。。
如果一个年薪10万的拿到offer,那猎头就拿3万？这么大利润啊？
但是这3万commission还是公司付的吧？因为这个人第一年的salary肯定还是10万，不
是被公司扣成7万？

worry about that. High chance they give offer to other candidates not being
introduced by headhunters for less costs, assuming they are at the same
level.
Do not think too much... do whatever you can and get the offer!
