一致意见，再让两个人面试看看。

刚才HR也回信了：

me know how you feel after you have spoken to other 2 next week.
希望HR说的是真话，不是安慰我吧。

本来没有打算换工作。前几天linkedin上Oracle的HR联系我
说想不想换工作，结果就思想动摇了。简历发给HR，HR说
HM非常喜欢我的经验，毕竟我做的东西面很窄，市场上会
的人很少（主要是技术太成熟了，没有人做了，现在公司
想加新feature）。
昨天去Oracle面试。前后见了team member，leader和manager。
3个人都是老美，还挺nice的。本来约的是下午1点开始，每人
1个小时，结果一直到5点半才结束，每个人都用了近1个半小时，
不停的问问题。开始的时候感觉还挺好，到见到manager的时候
脑子已经都麻木了（本来我下午脑子就不灵光），结果所有的
毛病都暴露出来了（比如说话声音太小，答非所问，语无伦次，
英语过去式和现在式乱用）。跟manager谈话的时候好几次他都
没有听懂。他问我现在公司给多少bonus，我竟稀里糊涂的说
1千刀，少说了大半万。
因为是找Principal level工作，所以面试内容还很简单，人家都
不好意思考我coding，就是谈谈思路以及问我现在做的东西。但面试
时间太长，中间没有休息，最后觉得实在是顶不住了，就盼着
面试快点结束。
最后manager送我出来的时候问我感觉这样，我也糊涂的没有表
决心，只是说你们看起来都是good guys，然后加一句你们的产品
还不错。然后manager又问我的time frame是什么，我就说明天
还要跟一个公司电话面试（是事实），然后又加一句说只需要提前
2个礼拜告诉我现在的公司就可以了，估计mananger想知道的是我
什么时候可以工作。
回家想了想，觉得职位还是不错的，干的工作跟我现在的几乎一样
（当然做的东西没有我现在的公司好), commute近40 mile，但
manager告诉我可以在家上班。title也比我现在的高，估计工资也
会涨不少（我现在的工资太低）。现在后悔跟manager面试的时候
没有尽心尽力。
