analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison
between the clients and software developers by planning, conducting and
completing analysis for complex business problems to be solved with
automated systems. Obtain and document downstream business use cases,
workarounds and impacts to help determine priority. Gathers data and
prepares necessary reports for clients to support decision making and
requirements analysis.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
1). Manage all requirements related activities for the software developers.
2). Work closely with our business partners to analyze and resolve all
issues and enquiries.
3). Documents clearly all issues and the steps taken to resolve the issue in
the knowledge base.
4). Document support procedures
5). Setup meetings, create agendas, track action items for ongoing work
items and projects
Requirements:
1). Minimum bachalor degree in CS, engineering or business.
2). Working knowledge of SQL/Autosys/Unix
3). Working knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages
4). Excellent communication skills
