Regional Sushi supervisor Positions.
Job Title: Regional Sushi supervisor
Plans and directs and implements all Area / Regional operations.
Reinforce
an overall operations philosophy, strategy and culture. Develop common
direction for all team members.
Job responsibility:
• Drives increase in per unit sales and profit through implementation
of our marketing and branding initiatives
• Achieves sales, profit, quality and customer service goals
• Establish food quality and food safety standards through audits
which will cause our company to be recognized as a leader in the
industry
• Auditing Customer Service, Product Quality, Sanitation, Product
Compliance
• Working with the Store Teams to control cost and maintain
consistency
• Acquires new business and expands existing business
• Conducts team meetings with key personnel to discuss current
objectives.
• Prepares agendas and conducts training sessions and presentations on
issues regarding quality, safety and human resources.
• Trains, motivates and develops Company Chefs and Contractors to
achieve high level of morale and efficient use of human resources
• Hiring and training of store personnel
• Develops strong working relationships through our retail and food
service partners’ organization to insure that our Company remains the
preferred supplier of its products
• Supervise Company Chefs and Contractors
• Visits units regularly to inspect unit operations
• Interfaces with existing clients to maintain satisfaction and
retention
• Resolves client and customer satisfaction related issues
• Conducts annual performance appraisals
• Projects and practices consistent ownership attributes, which
provides a high level of customer service at all points of contact.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualification:
• BS degree or related equivalent;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated expertise in Word
, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• 50% traveling involved;
• May need relocation dependent on the regional assignment

NC/SC area
Compensation:
• Salary rang 30K Plus DOE
• Health and Dental insurance, 401K, paid time off, Group life
insurance, Car and Cell allowance, Full Gasoline reimbursement.
