contact me for offer details and I like the position.
If I negotiate salary with the HR, would the HR tell the hiring manager? or
will I need to negotiate with the HM?
The HM is a nice Chinese. I knew him before the interview and through the
interview, we both spoke Chinese and he was trying to convince me to join. I
would feel awkward/embarrassed if I have to negotiate with the HM, in which
case, I would probably not negotiate... | o*******Y

you are excited and pleased to accept the offer (state you ACCEPT the offer
first, so that make him feel stand at the same place as you), but you have
some concerns and just want to see if he can help you on addressing it. So,
you try to let him help you to negoitate with HR on salary, and he would
