我只是想到,我的计划随之改变,但是这肯定远远不够呀,该怎么回答,怎么举例呢?
2.如何两个项目同时接近deadline了,工作压力很大,怎么能在这种情况下很圆满地完
成项目?
觉得自己回答这方面的问题的水平很差,可能是IQ和EQ都很低,每次有自己不会的问题

and time on two projects. Depending on my roles in two projects, I need to
inform my team member such changing and what will be the impacts on each
project's progress. Certainly, the overall schedule of both projects needs
meet the deadline. Sometimes, I need to advise the leaders who should follow

and you can start from there., e.g. inform all the parties that could be
affected, change deadlines, bring in more resources, cut features, have a
contingent plan, etc.
This may not be the answer you tell the interviewer, but should be what you
need to do in reality: To be politically correct, you have to immediately
escalate it to your direct manager. Whatever plan or decision you come up
with, it has to come down from your manager or at least with him/her being

So for such kind of questions, the first thing is to always consult with
your manager. If he has suggestions, follow his suggestions. Only when he
asks you decide by yourself, you can do you own analysis.
