We are an online game company located in Santa Clara California.
Responsibilities:
• Develop Business plans for existing and new games publishing
• Explore, negotiate and launch existing and new payment method.
Monitor the payment performance and improve the effectiveness
• Work closely with the game licensing product evaluation team to
confirm the relative attractiveness of the target title in the US and global
market
• Negotiate with external vendors such as IDC, clients, developers
and licensor
• Seeking new business partnership such as co-marketing and co-
operation
Requirements:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Must have strong knowledge of online games MMOs and understand
free to play and Micro-Transaction
• Should have strong knowledge of the Asian, U.S. and Europe game
developer industry and key players
• Business development experience is desired
• Need to have the necessary maturity to represent the company in
dealing with business partners, and prior experience with business
development and contract negotiations
• A minimum of 1 year experience in either the games industry or
business development.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the
ability to lead teams, advocate proposals to senior management and organize
business initiatives is essential
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently, in a
team environment and responsibly in a fast growing organization
