收到HR的电话，说是有我的简历，问我下周有没有时间过来面试。没有问任何问题。这
个听起来挺诡异的，不知道这里头有没有啥说道。职位很match，要求ee BS+两年，我
是博士,好像有些overqualify。不过看看职位要求，technical 上应该合适。 |

Anyway, 很多公司都这样的，不要想太多， 这种情况下多准备一下你简历上写的东西
比较好， 不要大意了. |

all other interviews follows HR phone interview->HM techinical interview->
onsite. This time the first two steps are skipped completely. I will follow
up with this post when I get back next week.

发帖数: 85 | 7 我也差不多这情况。hiring manager直接打电话过来问，你知道我们公司么？我们有个
职位很合适你背景，有没有兴趣飞过来见见。进组以后我们组又招了几个人，发现
phone interview的过程很耗时间，招一个人要on-site 3个人，这3个人是phone 15个
人选出来的。可怜我们technical lead至少花18个钟头来选一个人，还不包括看简历海
选的时间。几轮phone几轮on-site，还是直接on-site，还是phone以后直接给offer都
不奇怪，背后可能有很多原因是你作为一个被面试的人所不知道的。不用想为什么，好
好准备就是了。

发帖数: 339 | 8 面完了。一个是HM, 一个是另一个group的project lead，每个50分钟。HM的面试都是技术
问题，因为面的是junior职位，问的都是电路设计有关的实际问题，还是需要些具体做过的经验
的。自我感觉回答的还可以。最后HR扔给了一堆公司的资料，说是下周五followup。HM
说可能要一两个星期给答复。看样子，他们可能还有别的candidate。老天保佑吧！

Good or bad sign? The flight + hotel + taxi costs more than 1000$, they do
not even care? Never interviewed with such strange company.

）。上次面得一个是这个职位的manager，一个是另一个组的资深工程师。这次这两个
工程师级别稍低，在同一个组，比我面得职位高一个level。
看样子还是技术面试了，搞不懂为啥不上次一块儿面了，来回得2天，飞机还要转机，
实在是太折腾人了。

。然后才是电面，然后又是onsite,然后就发offer了，然后就从了。 |

interviews were conducted in Chinese, and these two fellow chinese
interviewers seemed to be friendly. The first guy asked a few technical
questions, but we did not go deep into the tech specs as the interviewer is
from a different group. The second guy just walked in and start bragging
about the city. He even said the chance to get the offer is high according
to his knowledge. However, he also said his comments have li
