我现在在一家公司做analyst，H1B，最近有点想换个公司，但是进公司的时候签了一个
Non-Disclosure, non-competition agreement。这个里面有一条好像是说离开工作的
一年之内，不能到直接或间接的竞争对手那里工作。
但是作为analyst，技术上面的东西不多，换工作的话，肯定是相同行业的比较好找。
公司有个同事跟我说，这个东西对有绿卡或者国籍的人没什么影响，公司也不会去找律
师告的。而且公司很多人就是从竞争对手那里挖过来的。
但是如果像我这样的H1B，如果想换同行业的工作的话，这个agreement会不会对我有影
响？具体说，HR可不可以因为这个东西，不transfer我的H1B？

One offer for me is pending due to this. HR people said they still have
questions on this non-compete. I don't know what they will do at this moment
.
If there is no such an issue, an offer would be at hand already.
Anyone has (or knows) some experience on this?
