what does IB means?
IBM? Investment Bank?
if you mean the former,
if you are on system level,
I guess almost as the the same as US.
As Senior System R&D, maybe 10 million JP yen per year.

I mean "Investment Bank". GS, LB, ML, etc
10 m seems a bit low. Is that excluding bonus?
