可以买sp500之类的etf吗？
大家都说别投资股市
但是savings利息有点低啊
如果sp500到时候跌了的话，房市估计也不会好
或者买reits来hedge两年后的房价？

money!
买reits来hedge两年后的房价 IMHO is not for your situation, because your top
priority is to have the down payment money there in 1-2 years, in REITs you
can still lose your shirt. |

very little correlation, it has been proven with both academic studies and
actual data (just google it).
I think you need to spend more time studying REITs, it's a complicated world
, even for the REITs space. |

residential and commercial real estate.
