First, the fund is fully registered with the SEC and there are licensed
brokers dealing with the transactions. Before subscribing, investors should
read and understand all the terms, risks and potential returns.
Second,we have good track record of showing previous distributions to
investors, which can be verified by relevant state agencies.
Third. I'm purely marketing this opportunity on a stand alone basis, not
distributing any detailed terms to mass public. Therefore, face to face
meetings with partners are required as advertised.

previous distributions?
A typical 大牛 on wall street makes, say, 20 million a year. That is about
10K an hour. How many those 25K tiny contributions can jusify so many 大牛's
work, especially those 大牛s worked for Blackstone and Goldman Sachs? Also
for 大牛s worked for those big name companies, capital should never be an
issue, right? ALl those institutional investors are eager for returns much
more than 大牛s are eager for capital..
Or they are not 大牛s at all? Just 小牛或者不牛 trying to 忽悠小伞？
Sorry if my comments frustrated you.. hehe 乡里乡亲的，这个板上多数是学生和
贫困人士。。都不容易。。 偶尔有BSO的也都是憋了10年好不容易攒了几个钱，所以风
险承受能力都有限。
你这个投资真的这么好，不如去华尔街忽悠犹太人。或者会北京忽悠贪官什么的，那是

This implies that I can show you the evidence of distributions of previous
investments. and of course, all distributions are realized.

I never claim myself as "大牛" or alike of such labels. It is true that the
minimum commitment is 25000, however, many of our investors are putting much
more capital in the fund. I personally invested in this fund, and see the
return, therefore, I'm marketing it out cause I see many people have
interest in investing in alternative assets. We do not charge any management
fees, and no lock up period, which is vastly different from traditional
fund, such as Blackstone. We take 20% profit out of the investment generated
. Also, please note that different fund has different business models. This
fund can tap retail capital and yield similar returns as taking large
capital from somewhere else. If it's hard for you to trust this structure, I
urge you to look somewhere else.

Several people contacted me via this board and I will certainly explain key
risks and returns features. I believe average people can make their own
decisions on this particular investments.

investor's commitment and returns (without releasing names/social number) to
