以下两个催绿法，对于那些已经等了很久，RD超出normal processing time的，同时你
已经和USCIS纠缠了很久（比如打了电话，做了SR，做了infopass...等等），还是“被
等待”的同学们，可是试试哈。

If you contacted the National Customer Service Center with a case-related
inquiry and more than 30 days have passed and you have not received a
response, you may email the appropriate USCIS Service Center with your
inquiry:

Texas Service Center: t**************[email protected]
If you do not receive a response within 21 days of contacting the Service

这个“response"不要简单理解为给你的回信，你可以认为是”DECISION"的response.
俺是用这个给催绿的，你给他们发信，把你以前“纠缠”的证据（比如SR response,
email联系等）发给他们，同时控诉一下等这么久对你的生活和对USA利益的影响。
2. 就是ombudsman，前面有几个同学用这个，好像有反应。
如果你用过了，还是等，那就心里每天问候USCIS上下人等一千遍，接着等哈。 | t*********1
