c**e 发帖数: 10 | 1 Sorry I cannot type Chinese on my computer.
I am doing EB1B with my company lawyer now. She prefers the reference
letters to be 2 originally signed hard copies. One of my references mailed
me only one hard copy, though I did tell him what the lawyer needs. I feel
bad If I contact my reference again just for more copies, since that would
be more troublesome and he is such a busy professor. Would it be ok if I
keep the current hardcopy and only give the lawyer the photocopies? The
lawyer might not even be able to distinguish them, but I hope this would not
raise any issue with the IO.
Does anyone have similar experience? Please kindly share with me. Thank
you! | e*******c 发帖数: 804 | 2 Photocopies is good enough for the application.
Keep the original copy for yourself, in case IO requests them in the future.

another hardcopy. But if it takes long for him to take action, I can still
use the photocopies for the application.
