发帖数: 34 | 1 My son is a college student in the east near Philadelphia. Our home is in
the west. I filed his I485 using our home address and just got his receipt.
Now he is back to school. I am worried that his fingerprint appointment
likely schedules him to do fingerprint in our home area. It is difficult for
him to fly home for fingerprint during the school time. To his situation, I
have two questions:
Is it good idea for me to now change his address to his college's address so
that he can get fingerprint appointment in Philadelphia? Does such change
cause any problem?
If we don't change his address, is it possible for him to just walk in the
Philadelphia office for fingerprint with the appointment scheduled in the
different office?
If anyone has similar experience, please shoot your suggestions here. I
