Q1: when I submit my EB1b I140, I am wondering whether I need to put the
copy of the approval notice of my
I140 based on NIW. I think they can find the approval of NIW petition even
I don't provide them anything. So I
should put the copy of my NIW approval notice in my new EB1b petition. But I
am not sure whether the
approval of my NIW petition will effect my EB1b petition in a bad way.
Q2: Whether I should use the A number from my NIW 140?
