1. 我曾经submit一个NIW申请，在pending。现在submit EB1a，有个问题是"Has any
immigrant visa petition ever been filed by or on behalf of this person? "，
我应该回答yes, 但是这个接下来的问题“Explain why an immigrant visa petition
has been filed by or on be half of this person.”该怎么回答呢？
2. 我打算申请PP， 那么这个问题“Are any other petition(s) or application(s)
being filed with this Form I-140? If Yes, Check all that apply.: I485, I765
, I131 or other explain”.我需要填上PP的I907吗？
3. 我的eb1a I140打算efiling，PP的I-907可以efiling吗？在online filing | i******n

3）140的PP不能online，只有H1B的可以。是的，一起寄到TSC就行了。
