Hello everyone,
I just leased a spacious 2 br apartment in a garden style beautiful
apartment complex community. I am looking for a roommate to share this
lovely apartment. Apartment ready for move in April 1st.
This apartment is 900 square feet on the second floor and has a nice
size front Balcony. The apartment is located in the center of Silicon
Valley on the Sunnyvale/Mountain View border, less than 2 miles from
highway 85 and 1 mile from El Camino Real. The location allows
convenient access to highway 237, 101, and central expressway. The
community has lots of parking spots and with facilities like pool, hot
tub, laundry room, and fitness center.
The apartment is with 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious (14’x13’)
and with plenty of storage space with beautiful wall-to-wall closets.
The second bedroom is a smaller one on the loft. I am taking the loft
bedroom. So you will get the big, main bedroom. The unit comes
unfurnished but I got furniture and happy to share with the roommate.
I am a male Chinese working professional in my late 20s. I will be the
only one you share this apartment with. I am looking for a male Chinese
roommate for occupancy from April 1st . Landlord pays for water, gas,
and garbage. Rent is $915/month plus electricity and Internet. I got
AT&T Internet set up already.

是啊， 这个房子4月1号就可以入住了。 你5月底过来还要2个月呢， 好遗憾啊。
