* Top floor (the 3rd). Laundry room on the second.
* Close to NIST, I-270, I370, and metro station (shady grove ).
* Close to park and ride where you can park your car for free and catch bus
to NIH
* Close to Marc train station(free parking). Marc trains go to DC in the
morning hours and out of DC in the afternoon. It's a cheaper, faster, and
more comfortable way comparing to m | w**n
