C*********o 发帖数: 563 | 1 hey all, i need some suggestions on clubs buying.
basically, i am a very beginner, never touched a club.
how many clubs and what type should i buy, if i would like
start learning, like taking short courses, and go
practise every or every other weekend?
if any other info needed to give out your suggestion, please
feel free to post your question. hehe
btw, i am male, regular gym goer. (not sure if this info
is related though. hehe)
thanks in advance. :) | a*********e 发帖数: 9 | 2 well, for a beginner,
u can take the culb set from sports authority or target.
which comes with drivers, irons, and putter, and evern golf bag.
about 150 to 250.
i think good enought for a beginner.

I started two months ago, and bought a set of Dunlop No Problem series clubs.
They are decent. The driver sucks though. So far the only advice I can offer
is to buy steel shaft instead of graphite. If you have to buy graphite, go
with stiff ones. My driver's shaft is so soft that I keep slicing the ball. I
replaced it with a Taylor made supersteel with steel shaft, my shots
immediately turned straight and consistantly reaching around 200. I guess
young guys swing too hard to use flex graphite s

and regular flex driver, slice not cured:( have to work on swing to change
not just shaft

| P***o 发帖数: 37 | 6 I think buying full set is a kind of waste.
All you need is a 5 wood, a wedge and a putter.
