E-GC can be used to buy GC. But GCs can not be used to buy E-GC.

You do not have to bring a billing statement with you.
You do not have to tell them how much balance on your JCP CC.
But please do not overpay too much on your JCP CC. NOW I NEVER overpay.
Please do not PM me about any details of JCP stuff. I have said enough.
