今天非常高兴,经过我的不断和ebay交涉,最终从被动到主动,最终拿回资金。
事情是这样的,我在8月份在网上卖电动扭扭车,这个车我在ebay上2天内卖了6台,从
中国发货到美国。一般而言美国人比较
讲规矩,退货也不会无缘无故。为了启动这个产品的销售,我开头采用廉价吸引客户的
方式,先让交易量上去。每个算下来去
除ebay的佣金和paypal的提成费,以及转国内银行35美元手续费平均下来利润才二十多
美元。 我想开始先慢慢来。扭扭车风
险巨大,为了保证质量,进货1050,物流发美国最便宜600人民币。万一有质量问题,

I m kind of mad because first of all your listed location is in USA. when I
bought the item u told me your in China. It takes 10 days and this is even
longer than expected..

today. this is good. no i was confused because when i book the item it says
item location omaha ne. ok ill do what you told me to do. thank you!

然后过了14天,他要求退货,理由是人从扭扭车上下来的时候,扭扭车抖动,有点危险

you get off. i thought i was normal but i tested and compared today with

You should reply to the buyer and try to work things out by Sep 15, 2015. On
that day, the buyer can ask us to step in and help.
我想不行就退货吧,早就听说ebay不会为卖家考虑的。我和买家联系,让他发回中国,
我说这个邮费应该买家出,买家回信表示不出邮费,要我出。我毛病啊,从美国发中国
邮费450美元,宁可丢了也不要。
买家还说,来回邮费都要我承担。

然后买家威胁我说他有ebay保护,可以随时把钱要回来。我也查了下paypal,资金因为
争议已经冻结。
这时候ebay给我三个选择,要么全部退款,货物不要。要么部分退款,要么退货,全部
退款。我没办法,继续给买家发信息商量,他非常冷漠,
不愿意协商。然后我就开始捉弄下他,退款1毛。 接着我收到了客户拒绝退款1毛的通知

没办法,我不停给ebay打电话,一天一次到2次,每次15到30分钟,哈哈免费练习英语
多好啊。ebay客户我感觉都比较有礼貌,但
总是向着买家。我始终处于被动状态。
最终,我升级争议,提交ebay介入。 ebay说是48小时内介入,结果马上就判我输,让
客户退货给我,国际邮费要我出,说自动从我paypal
账号内扣除,我着急了,万一邮费500美元,我不是亏死。马上致电ebay,结果就是和我
猜测的一样,从我账号要扣。
我继续和买家联系,他态度很差,说是伪劣品,绝对不付邮费。ebay也说次品的话邮费
我出。

我让买家提供视频,他没给我,

争议继续升级,我没有办法,表示愿意退货,然后发信息给买家,他态度强硬,表示必
须全额退钱。
Ok I will need a full refund including the shipping then I can cancel the
dispute on eBay.
我又给ebay打电话,讨论解决方法,ebay说等到周末会有个选项进行决定,我让他等下
,他不耐烦,表示不愿意,说要么退钱,要么发回中国,来回邮费我出
eBay already stepped in and told me to return for a full refund.. I can not
wait any longer... It's either I send back to China or I will need a full
refund and that way we can cancel the dispute
我问他能否让我找到下一个买家,然后再帮我发货,他表示不可能,他要求尽快结束
No I don t help out with things like this... Need this to be resolved ASAP..
我又给ebay打电话,投诉他可能在恶意退货。ebay表示决定已经下了,我只能让他退货
。如果有异议收到货物以后投诉。
然后说ebay可支付国际快递费,我说好吧,反正不要我出。至少货物能拿回。第二天继
续跟进,ebay说现在客户打印了发货单。
告诉我一定要收到货物后才能退款。还给了我快递号,上面显示还没运输。
第二天一早,我收到买家发来的视频证据,哈哈,这下我抓住把柄了,视频显示车子完
全正常。我立刻联系ebay,客服表示确实没问题,
但由于决定已做,先让他退货。
中午突然收到邮件,说我已经收到退货,钱全额从我账户退款给买家,我一看完了。

我在中国的晚上打电话给ebay ,折腾了30分钟,换了4个接线员,最终估计一个权威的
,她调查了下,表示
ebay犯了错误,全额给我退款。然后给买家记录不良记录。自动删除差评。 我最终拿
回了我的费用。
