My trainig is as follows. I tried to balance left and right, chest and back,
hip and leg.
Monday
- plyometric push up (3X10)
- pull up (total 30)
- dip (total 30)
-inclined bench press (3X10. i don't have a spot, so i can only use the
machine for safety reason)
- dumbell lateral raise (3X10)
- dumbell shoulder press (3X10)
- dumbell rear lateral raise (3X10)
- dumbell pull over (3X10)
- sit up (total 60)
