But from time to time you can still find ok quality item at nice price in H&
M, i have a white dress from H&M couple of years ago and only cost about $34
.99, i receive so many compliment from others when i wear it : )

人家只有牺牲质量了。。。forever21大多都象国内地摊货hoho～
不过另外个牌子叫什么夏洛特啥的，价格和hm forever21差不多，但是质量比她们好不
少，我刚发现。 |

贵质量也还过得去的。要是没有什么耐心淘，对质量要求又比较高的打算穿个三年五载
的，那还是去别家吧。 |

dollars. I can't remember the brand but it is definitely not a famous/
popular brand~
