两年前肩动手术.两笔上千的帐AETNA不付．有一笔说是PRE CONDITION还比较好处理．
另一笔,是我两年前动手术,术后医生建议用GAME READY的机器敷冰,说是INSURANCE
COVER．
后来AETNA不付帐，说：aetna consider the cold therapy unit experimental and
investigational because they have not been proven to offer clinically
significant benefits over cryotherapy with the croyo cuff of ice bags/packs.
..... not necessary/medically necessary under the plan. 整个就是胡扯,一会就
化,不能全罩住的冰袋能跟24小时敷冰机比.
但我收到信的时候，已经错过了１８０天的APPEAL.现在GAME READY降低帐单到1000以
下,但要我付,并扔 |
