一个相近的journal)”。说是如果选择Transfer的话，所有 files and reviewer's
comments都会转过去。还介绍了journal B的价格之类。最后还来了句“if you decide
to proceed, Journal B editorial office will follow up with you regarding
next steps and you will then be able to choose if you would indeed like your
paper to be considered for publication in journal B".
我现在就不明白了，这意思是transfer到 Journal B后直接Accept了还是要从新Peer
review？没遇到过这种情况，急求大牛们指教！多谢！ | o****9

that your article has been hinted for a quick acceptance in journal B after
transferring.
