. 要用20% of 9 month salary buy out 1 course each semester for the 9 month
academic period. 太夸张了吧。 |

of year)? 如果是4:4:2 on teaching, research, and service, and 2+2 teaching
load. 40%/4=10% for one academic year or 20% for one semester. 我们系就是 10
% of one year salary to buy out one course.
