I signed one contract with one house constructor and they gave me some
materials. In their provided material, they claimed that the external wall
is 2x6 and the partition is 2x4. But now I found that they constructed my
garage with 2x4 studs.
I believe they didn't follow the contract. Could anyone give me your
opinion about :
1. Could I cancel this house construction and get back my deposit?
2. COuld I ask them compensate me for it?
