The Departmental Search Committee has recently completed the preliminary
evaluation of all of the applications that were received. We now request
that you arrange for three letters of recommendation to be submitted in
support of your application. |

reference letter. |

provide any significant help in evaluations of candidates. Every letter is
expected to be full of extravagant praises. |
