发帖数: 336 | 1 NIW,主申请人已经批了。现在副申请人要求补充关于党员的材料，问什么时候退的，有
没有什么凭证？一堆问题。麻烦有哪位遇到过同样的问题，怎么回复好？ 有模板吗？

发帖数: 516 | 3 下面是一个朋友用的关于党员的说明。他是在交485时加的这个说明，他没有收到关于
关于党员的RFE。当然他的情况有点特殊，入党后很快就出国了。不知道这个文件是否
可以被你使用。里面有两点最重要：
第一个是第一段里“ So, in all my classmates’ minds, the recommendation for
CP membership was not only recognition of excellent performance, but also
would be a big help for future career if we work in China. It was with the
hope for a possible better career path, that I accepted the recommendation
and joined the CP”。
第二个是最后一段。

On Communist Party Membership in China
(Form I-485: Part 3 Processing Information, Question C-6)
In May of 20XX, the last year of my graduate study at XXXXXX University, the
XXXXX Department of the university recommended me for Communist Party
Membership. I decided to accept the invitation to join the Communist Party (
CP). I was awarded CP membership because I had been one of the best students
in my class throughout my graduate study time. In China, enrollment by CP
is a reward for good performance, as well as for excellence in extra-
curricular activities and helping other students. CP membership makes it
easier for graduates to get better jobs in state-owned enterprises and other
future career paths. So, in all my classmates’ minds, the recommendation
for CP membership was not only recognition of excellent performance, but
also would be a big help for future career if we work in China. It was with
the hope for a possible better career path, that I accepted the
recommendation and joined the CP before I left the University. I graduated
from the university in June of 20XX, and left China at the end of July of
20XX.
During the period of May to July in 20XX in China, I had never been an
active member of the CP, never worked on any CP committee, and never
attended any CP meetings. After I left China at the end of July of 20XX, I
never have any connection to the CP or to any CP-related group or
organization in any way. The CP membership was deprived because I stopped
paying the CP membership dues. | D***1

不知道收到这方面补件的人多不多？大家怎么处理的？ 请大家再支招！ | w******e

我有同事的老婆也被要求补充材料 是出国三年后交485的 后来好像找了律师办的
。

我交485的时候，也写了这样的申请呀。怎么还要我补呢？我都不知道该怎么搞？一定
要找律师吗？ 还有人有过相关的经验吗？.

是的，请问大家都怎么去搞那个证明？一定要有吗？还有如果有人用的律师，麻烦告诉
我他们的报价。我找的律师要850！
