发帖数: 1121 | 1 今天收到RFE的信了，除了体检表之外，主申请人还多了一项letter from employer，
具体内容如下，请问有人遇到类似情况吗？
“You must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent
employer, describing your present job duties adn position in the
organization, your proffered position (if different from your current one),
the date you began employment and the offered salary or wage. This letter
must be issued to USCIS and must be in the original and signed by an
executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or
confirm an offer of permanent employment. The letter must also indicate
whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or
labor certification) continue to exist."
请问公司开出来的employment letter可以吗？但是公司的信通常也不会直接issue to
USCIS啊？这东西自己可以弄，还是交给律师做更保险一点？谢谢。 | F*********u
