Congressman's office this morning. The contact person at my Congressman's
office has called TSC 3 times already this week and they are pretty unhappy
with TSC too. Finally TSC put my Congressman's office staff on hold for 20
minutes and went to locate my EAD file. They just found it and assigned it
to someone to work on. WTF?! TSC notified me that my EAD had been expedited
when they approved my request last Friday. It turns out nobody had touched
my file yet. They are so full of shit!!!
"I don't understand why TSC can just act so bureaucratically and not care
about people whose life is on the line due to their own insufficiency. They
should have worked on my I-485 a couple of months ago and have it approved
so I would never have to deal with this EAD issue. I am not sure why they
could even ignore congressional inquiries and requests. That's beyond me."
