我12月初回国，几个月前律师建议回去签证不要用AP，昨天问律师签证需要些啥材料，
被告知我的h1b延期必须批准了我才能回去，建议我改成premium process，连律师费一
共1500刀，我就郁闷了，我明明有AP，为啥不让用，我1500刀干点不好啊。想问问板上
的大牛你们怎么看？我真的得等h1延期批准吗？ 我这种情况能用ap回去吗？ 用AP有啥
不好的影响吗？

If you don't have EAD and you return with AP, a picky officer will count
the time after your reentry to unauthorized work days for AOS purpose. |

发帖数: 1067 | 6 公司律师就是说稳妥起见，我问题是没看出来这个稳妥在哪里了？
回到H1B有啥好处，EAD可以年年renew，工作应该不会受影响啊。 如果绿卡申请那边出
问题（例如被拒之类的，敲三下桌子），有H1不也没用吗？

important benefit--work authorization extension up to 240 days may not be
applicable to you, so you may need EAD to cover the work authorization
during the remaining pending time.
