There is such sentence:
Employment Second:
Worldwide: Potential need for cut-off date to be established
China and India: Potentially “Unavailable”
This means ROW EB2 might have a cut-off date and have to wait for visas in
following months! The reason is that DOL has assigned a lot more visas to
India/China than their country quota (7%) in EB2, as a result ROW cannot
have enough to keep Current.
ROW guys, this is obviously against immigration law. The DOL and USCIS are
not assigning 'SpillOver', rather, they are assigning other countries' quota
to India/China, and as a result other countries cannot have enough quota
and have to wait. That Trackitt 485 trackers shows recently ROW EB2 have
much fewer approvals, is the evidence.
ROW guys we should think of a lawsuit against DOL and USCIS about their act
against law. |
