打广告的时候连工作地点也没写？

PERM appeals are classified into two main categories: Government Error &
Reconsideration to Certifying Officer. The goverment error appeals argue
that the DOL made a mistake based on their own rules and there is currently
no backlog in getting those decisions reviewed. The reconsideration to
certifying officer appeals are more complicated (often deal with unsettled
issues of law) and take much longer (currently the DOL is reviewing requests
for PERMs originally filed in Oct 2010). Please refer to this site to check
on the processing times of these two appeal cues: http://icert.doleta.gov/ (click on PERM processing times tab).
你似乎是只能reconsideration了。

前律师发现又重新打了一遍，好像你这个错误挺明显的。

something like: 'Location: New York, NY and other unanticipated locations'
