主副申请人一起递交申请。主申请人还没收到任何receipts的通知。副申请人收到i765
rejection notice.
觉得上面说的是没付支票。但是网上1765的instruction里写的如果和i485一起交，不
用付$380 filing fee.难道主申请人不用付，而副申请人要付？

找他们去。765 和131 是不收钱的，言下之意就是那个 485 的支票写错了，所以，其
实对于整个case都有影响
