to inquire weather your Name Check clear or not. If not clear, you can
contact your state Senator this month to speed your name check.

发帖数: 9035 | 4 Yes, You need to get NC clear.
SR is quite important. In my case, I couldn't get my J-1 waiver in 21 months
. so I did Infopass and inquired my case number and A number, then call
USCIS Vermont Service Center to do SR on 3/24/08, they responsed my SR on 4/
8/08, and approved my case on 4/9/08.
So I can filed my I-485 on 8/21/08 and get my I-485 approved on 9/2/10.
My PD 3/31/06, RD 8/21/08, ND 8/22/08, FP on 9/30/08 and 5/20/10, No Ref and
approved on 9/2/10. TSC, Card#2
