I'm quite familiar with the standard dancing scene in bay area. If you are
competition oriented, studio is not as important as teachers, and most of
the good teachers are independent teachers, not associated with studios.

their quarters. The standard class is taught by Katya Afanasyeva. She is a
very good teacher. She gives a lot more detail than what one can get from
private lessons. Highly recommended. That is the only class I have time to
go to now...

the lessons when the semester starts.
