发帖数: 4801 | 1 今天晚上的课是Waltz的several patterns还有Samba的2个pattern.
学来也不难。然后是volks，就是来回换位置了，也没啥，不过重新根据音乐
调整手臂动作，算个长进吧。舞伴积极，我也被带动的很积极。samba
还是个大家起跳就不想停下来的舞。规定动作作完，多数人还在继续的走桑巴步。
Waltz学的是两个turns, chasse，还有个什么东东。真正体会了一下
standard的难处所在。1-2-3，1是左脚回退，右转近180度，同时右脚画弧
过来，前迈，2右脚跨大步积累一些速度，rise on right ball, 180turn(pivot)，
3重心回落左脚。整个动作，很紧凑，动作需要高度精确，这样重心在旋转的时候
不至于东倒西歪。而且迈步要准确，男士在1处要小步做准备，转身，出右脚，
女士要大步+pivot，然后男士要给动量，rise同时在右脚的ball上做180垂直的
turn。这串动作虽然并非高难，但是如果没有作过类似的动作并不容易
掌握要领。所幸舞伴是高手 | d********e

least it may get you started. i can't figure out where glen weiss or
victor/anna are teaching, but i'm sure they teach in la somewhere.

发帖数: 419 | 4 great. victor veyrasset is 10 time us standard champion. nadia at vivodance is
a blackpool latin champion. they are probably not teaching group classes
though. try both and see which one has better group class. sometimes, good
teachers also teach seminars.

one of my coaches Nadia Eftedal is based there. she was 1993 blackpool pro
latin champion.the rest of the teachers there are good, too. also i think
there is a studio in torrance, where donald johnson and katarina kozak are.
they were the blackpool rising star latin champions for one year, and my guess
was around 2000.
