现在住在纽约可是不喜欢，以前在康州住过两年很喜欢，在考虑孩子快读小学了搬过去。

farmington有不少学校是十分，glastonbury和simsbury都是九分呢？
还有usnews上的高中排名倒是hardford IB academy最好，可是里面student body好多

发帖数: 2382 | 8 9分的学校和10分的学校，差别并不是那么大，具体得看这个镇的整体情况如何，生源
构成情况
simsbury，glastonbury，farmington这几个镇，都很富裕，整个镇的环境都比较好，
学区自然好
East Hartford这个镇本身就挺差，其学区跟这三个地方不在一个档次上，我是根本就
不会相信它那一所高中会比前三个都强的，也许它排名是从学生们取得了多大的进步这
个标准来看的

发帖数: 1890 | 9 如果真的选择要买房，Farmington应该是首选，Farmington多多少少有点商业，地税也
相对低，而且交通方便，上highway容易。 但是Hartford地区的房价永远也涨不上去，
给地税限制死，也导致越来越多公司搬离Hartford。Hartford的房价是跑不赢通涨的，
而且卖房的周期超长。有钱的话还是在其他地方买投资房，然后在康州租房更划算。
