friend's sad experience with you.
I strongly suggest you not use May Xu Prudential.
She is NOT really very professional at real estate. She only drives you
around to look for houses, however she can not give good suggestions.
My friend bought a house by using her service and found out the house has
a selling price cap set by the government. In other word, my friend can NOT
get
house price appreciation out of it at all. Now | n***8

the benefit people. It looks like a type of affortable house program. The
house itself is cheaper than other house, however since government wants it
to be a benefit to resident, government did not allow the house to
appreciate over time. This information should be easily abtained from town
office, however May Xu (Xu Xuemei) did not do her job right. She failed to
tell my friend when she bought the house.

May. And she offered me a lot of valuable advice on the properties I was
searching for. As far as I can tell, she is nice lady, considerate and
experienced, and does her best to serve her clients. Without a doubt, I
would highly recommend her to friends of mine for their own best interests. |
