上有了解情况的大拿吗？50万以下能买下Adlai E. Stevenson High School学区4房3卫
single house吗？附近其他好学区的也请介绍一下。

forest，或者还有riverwoods一部分。 这些可以在zillows上面查到。 50w一下的房子
应该有，但是条件应该不怎么样。 townhouse或者condo应该有一些

stevensen就是名气大点。
你如果在北边，可以看看这几个区

其实买房和上学道理相通，不熟悉的地方总要问，问了难免耳根软就从了，去了之后发
现不对咋整？有几个有魄力的立即换？多数人就忍了，然后面子问题还要跟别人说很好
很好。。。。。谁都不傻，不会跟人家说我亏了亏大了，然后就这么循环下来了。再遇
到几个别有用心的。。。嘿嘿。。。

发帖数: 179 | 11 如果只是考虑学校好不好的话...找个离工作的地方近的吧。离城里近，交通方便的地
方当然就贵，不过Cook County 地税低，也不能只看房价。Lake County 有的地区地税
很高，老卖不掉房主也会大减价。

29 students from Naperville 203's 2 high schools scored a 36 on the ACT this
year. That's more than 2% of those who got a perfect score in the whole
country. It's an amazing achievement. And more than half of the 29 are
Chinese. Even though it's still a long way to go for them to get what they
deserve in college admissions, there's no doubt that Naperville is one of
the clusters of the top Chinese students.
Several IPSD 204 students also scored a 36.

这难道不是悲剧吗？这些满分孩子的一部分，最后只能去香槟这样的学校。换其它地方
都进藤校了。
有的州里mathcount个人前10名的，都进不了肯尼迪校队，只能以个人名义参赛。
尼玛我现在都想找个差点学区再买套房，让孩子高中转学过去当鸡头了。

stevenson一个高中涵盖了很多小学+初中。103,96,102都是上stevenson,这三个学区里
面103最受华人亲睐，房子也最贵。96华人也不少，里面有2初中，4小学，房价range非
常大。102好像华人买的不是太多（不太确定）。 | a***x
