A long-term contract job opportunity is available in the Boston area. The
person will work for a big biopharmaceutical company through a third party.
The Contract Personnel will have the following minimum requirements:
• BA or BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology or
equivalent with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory
• Experience in pharmaceutical research and development, or in
providing analytical chemistry support
• Working knowledge and/or experience in modern biologic analytical
techniques, including HPLC, immunological assays (ELISA), gel and capillary
electrophoresis, etc.
• Training in or will be trained in areas such as chromatographic
methods, use of analytical tools and other pharmaceutical analysis
• Experience with MS Office
• The ability to work effectively in team situations and to work
independently as needed. Have the flexibility to succeed in a dynamic and
changing environment.
• A firm command of the English language and excellent verbal,
written and interpersonal communication skills.
It is highly desirable that the Contract Personnel have a solid background
in computers and/or data acquisition systems such as Waters Empower and
Molecular Devices SoftMax Pro. |
