I noticed several changes in google indexing:
1) google can index dynamic pages very extensively now. Most PHP based
discussion forums were indexed. This is the good news for those who use forum
signatures to promote their websites.
2) google can index partial words from web address now. For example, if your
domain name is mydomain.com, google will index it by two words "my" and
"domain". This is a good news for domain owners who don't want to use "-" in
their domian names
