Proper installation of a sub slab ventilation system in full compliance with
current EPA protocol. The system would consist of a high suction fan (
GP501) and 1 slab penetration. The pipe network would go through the sill
with the fan located outside. The radon gas would be safely vented above
the roof.
Installation of a manometer to monitor system performance.
Sealing both water and sewer service locations.
Re-test to verify reductions. (At no charge)
