floor plan is Hanover and it is as large as 1161sq. The unit faces the
courtyard with great privacy that you normally couldn't get from having a
sunlight welcome bay window.
We are moving out and looking for a responsible person to sublease. As a 3.
5 year resident, we have been receiving tons of additions to our current
lease, through the negotiations over years. With the monthly rent of $2251,
in addition to hot water, heat, you will also receive 2 designated in-garage
parking spots and 1 private storage room next to your apartment door, which
Longview Place would charge you at least $150 monthly if you talk directly
to them.
Our lease is a great deal carefully and responsibly built by us, so we hope
to get someone also responsible to take the lease and enjoy what we have
got. We plan to move out by the end of December but your move in date is
definitely negotiable.
