school. A lot of biology department due to their structures (more on plant
biology) will be really hard to apply for NIH R01. How can you tell? Just
look at if anyone of them are funded by NIH. NSF funding these days is bad.
..However, this is not true for Caltech, Stanford, and some of the big name
school.

in big school and medical school in soso state university.
I am not against any ideas. Just want to know what people think.

their operation fund from the state anyway. Also, faculty are under Union
protection.
