如此激烈的领域有任何前途。最近刚拿到绿卡，象下决心换统计专业。 我已经有很多
学分，只需通过一个综合考试就可拿到统计硕士。可我需大量时间准备，不太可能边做
博厚边准备。想向老板辞职。可老板是个非常好的人，不知怎莫作才不伤她心。现在她
想让我和别人合作申请一个grant好给实验室带些钱，如果我过俩月走了，不知可否把
钱转到下一个她招的人名下? Don't want to hurt her project as well as her
funding. Any advice? Thanks alot. |

transfered to another person when I leave the institute?
sweetworm, I know it's not easy to find a job with Statistic degree either,
but at least from people I know, sooner or later, everyone found a job. It
may not pay well at the beginning, but experiences will make next job
hunting a little easier and with higher pay.Of course for people who still
have a chance to land a faculty position, it may not worth the risk. |

因为意外死了，所以资金转到了系里另外一个PI名下。你这种主动辞职的怎么算
我还真的不知道。
但如果只是co-PI则没有问题，要转移很容易的，但是后面得向funding agency
作一些解释并表示找到了合适的顶替你的人。
